A list of four vertically stacked categories sit next to the main welcome feature complete with a “start shopping” button which, when clicked, takes customers to a page of product listings.
Here shoppers gain access to detailed information about each product including its warranty, price and time left to buy. Conveniently, the store has been designed so customers are able to choose the layout of the gallery and/or sort by the criteria of their choice. To access these features one need only hover his or her cursor over the designated links.
Back on the landing page, in the left sidebar menu customers are invited to sign up for the Sunny Island Home Store’s newsletter to stay on top of new products, view the store’s feedback and/or add the site to their favorite sellers.
The mid-section is devoted to a listing of additional inventory items by category. For the customer who is not sure of the product they wish to purchase, a featured product section also offers clickable boxes of best sellers at the bottom of this eBay store design.
