Have you ever fallen in love with an item only to find out it wasn’t available in your size? Yeah, we have all been there and it can be pretty heart breaking. Which is why we created a browsing with a purpose section, meaning we created specialized shop by shoe and clothing size categories so that no potential customer will be turned off from our client by finding something not in their size.
Little things like this encourage sales because it helps customers shop smartly. No one wants to waste time.
Custom welcome image to show product variability
We also created a custom welcome image for All Sportswear USA that shows four different kinds of athletic activities – biking, runing, soccer, and basketball. Combining these photos together was a strategic move on our part so that our client would have a store that appealed to several kinds of customers.
Many sports stores that specialize in shoes talk only about running and there is a lot more than running in the wide world of sports. We wanted to make sure we didn’t marginalize the clientele like many other stores do by showing images of only runners.
Custom eBay category pages and listing templates sell more
In addition to the above strategies, we also created custom category pages and eBay listing template for our client. If someone is searching through eBay for a particular pair of shoes or sweat resistant workout shirt, they may find our client and having these listing templates that encourage customers to shop by size and check out more of the store offerings is a proven way to increase sales.
Having category pages to match the store and listing template is also needed, because if not the brand will look spotty and unprofessional.
